Every dollar has a story.
Some dollars are worth more.
Money has always been fungible by design. Dollar DNA destroys fungibility. Every unit of value in Loadit carries immutable genealogy — who held it, why, when, what it bought. Some dollars trade at a premium. Some get rejected at the protocol layer. All of them are readable.
Fungibility has been a law of money since Aristotle.
Every dollar is interchangeable with every other dollar. That was the foundational assumption of monetary theory for 2,400 years — and it made anti-money-laundering a policy problem, provenance an accounting problem, and “clean” versus “dirty” money a legal fiction.
Dollar DNA makes fungibility optional. Each parcel of value in Loadit knows where it's been. Some dollars are now provably priceless. Others are provably unwelcome. Money becomes particular, biographical, and programmable.
Every movement of value is a tree, not a stream.
Mint
Value enters Loadit only via a MINTED event signed by the protocol. Genesis is the trust anchor — everything downstream conserves value exactly.
Transfer
A parcel changes holder. The full event history follows it. Every @handle that has ever touched the parcel is permanently queryable.
Split
Sending a partial amount splits the parcel into two children that sum to the parent. Both inherit the full lineage. BigInt math — lossless across every currency scale.
Merge
Two same-currency parcels held by the same @handle can fuse into one. Every parent's lineage is preserved in the merged child's ancestry.
Soul
Tags, signed claims, milestones, curated stories. Metadata that turns a parcel into a collectible. A dollar tagged 'first-million-minted' trades at a premium. Admin-signed for authenticity.
Policy
Recipients publish rules. Block parcels that have ever touched a sanctioned @handle. Reject parcels with casino-related intents. Cryptographic anti-fraud at the protocol layer.
Every dollar gets a permanent, shareable page.
Someone sends you $37. You open the receipt. It's not a receipt — it's a page at hylaq.com/loadit/parcel/<id> showing everyone that dollar has ever touched, what it bought, and who signed it.
"This $37 was split from the first $1,000,000 ever minted into Loadit. It bought coffee for Alice's team on the day the protocol crossed 1 million users."
Three markets flip on contact.
AML & compliance
Money laundering prevention is currently policy + forensics. Dollar DNA makes it physics. Banks & fintechs pay to filter incoming parcels. Replaces ~$12B/yr in chargeback losses and $34B/yr in fraud tooling.
Collectible dollar market
Receipts become heirlooms. Secondary market for famous parcels — a dollar that touched Buffett or was minted on Day 1 trades at $5K+. Hylaq takes 10% of collector flow.
Policy-enforced receiving
Every charity, activist, journalist, and high-reputation @handle publishes receive policies. Sanctions become self-enforcing. Anti-bribery becomes cryptographic.
The stack this needs does not exist anywhere else.
Every parcel needs a cryptographically addressable sender and receiver. Visa has accounts, not identities. ENS has addresses, not users. Hylaq has 7M @handles and growing.
A recipient's policy has to evaluate arbitrary lineage queries in milliseconds. Hylaq already ships the Resolver + Veritas infra that makes this fast.
Without humanity-verified identity on both ends, the whole thing becomes a bot-farming disaster. Nobody else has the humanity layer as ambient infrastructure.
Banks can't ship Dollar DNA because custody breaks it. Stablecoins can't ship it because they're fungible by design. Hylaq's non-custodial rail is the only substrate where this works.
Not a whitepaper. Running code.
The first thing that will never be fungible again.
Dollar DNA is shipping today on Hylaq. Every other piece of the money system will follow this pattern within five years. We built the first.
