HQ Edge
HQ runs on your device
ChatGPT lives in a datacenter — every answer is a round trip to Texas and back. HQ's brain (HSE) is light enough to run right here in your browser. Answers compute locally in single-digit milliseconds. Turn your WiFi off and ask again — it still works.

Ask HQ about Hylaq. It answers from its on-device brain — no server, no wait.
Why this beats the cloud
- · No round trip. The brain is in your hand, not across the country. The answer is bounded by your CPU, not the speed of light to a datacenter.
- · Offline. Turn off WiFi and airplane-mode the phone — HQ Edge still answers. A cloud model goes dark.
- · ChatGPT can't copy this. GPT-4 is hundreds of GB — it physically cannot run on a phone. HSE is light + owned, so it can.
- · It scales to zero cost. Every device is its own HQ node. A billion users = a billion brains, each free + instant. No GPU fleet to rent.
- · Year-3000: intelligence isn't a server you query — it runs on every @handle, everywhere, at once. The full HSE ships to the edge; the server is only for the rare thing your device hasn't learned yet.
This demo runs a slice of HSE — the Hylaq concept graph + intent classifier + synthesizer — 100% client-side. The full HSE (perception, embeddings, the cognitive loop) is the next thing to compile to the edge.
